# Run software & operations on autopilot. Source: https://echelar.ai/ Run commerce, logistics, software, telecom and real estate on autopilot. Echelar is the AI factory your team wished it had. We build and run agents for your business, using your tools, knowledge and operating rules. [Discuss your use case](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=home-hero) See how it works Start with one software need or one recurring job. In customer use today - Software delivery - Order confirmation - Product research - Advertising - Policy checks and document uploads ## A control tower and an execution engine. Echelar does the work in your apps, and gives your team one place to see every job, decide what needs a person and approve what changes. ### The control tower Your team sees every job in one place: what ran, what it produced and what waits for a person. Approvals come with the evidence, and improvements arrive as proposals that change nothing until you approve. ### The execution engine Agents do the work in the apps your business already uses: they read, update, message and file, on requests, events and schedules, within the permissions you set. Every action is recorded with its evidence. Illustrative example. Jobs, actions and approval rules are agreed for each business. ## From “we need this” to work getting done. You bring the business need. We take care of the agents and the work around them. 1. 01 — We understand your needs. — We map the work, connect the relevant systems, and agree what success looks like. — A clear job and success measure 2. 02 — Echelar builds your agents. — We create the agents, give them the tools and knowledge they need, and test them against your requirements. — Agents built for your business 3. 03 — We run the work. — Your agents get to work on requests, events and schedules. Results and exceptions reach your team where it already works. — Completed work, with evidence 4. 04 — It improves from results. — Echelar turns outcomes and team feedback into proposed improvements. Your team approves changes before they take effect. — A better way to do the next job ## Your industry. Your kind of work. Agents built around the work you actually do, from software delivery to daily operations. Ecommerce Customer application ### Run ecommerce on autopilot. From finding the next product to confirming the next order. Put agents to work across your sales cycle. - Research products across sources - Carry out advertising activity - Confirm orders and update records An order arrives. The agent checks the details, records the confirmation, and flags exceptions for your team. [Put agents to work](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=industry-ecommerce¬es=Discuss%20a%20ecommerce%20use%20case) Logistics Example deployment ### Build and run logistics on autopilot. Build the operational tools you need, and delegate the follow-ups that keep freight moving. - Check shipment documents - Coordinate carrier follow-ups and exceptions - Keep ERP and shipment records in step A shipment is missing a document. The agent identifies the gap, prepares the follow-up, and updates the record when it is resolved. [Put agents to work](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=industry-logistics¬es=Discuss%20a%20logistics%20use%20case) Software Customer application ### Deliver software on autopilot. Turn backlog items into tested changes in your repositories. Your team reviews and releases every change. - Build features and fixes from your backlog - Review pull requests against your standards - Keep documentation current A backlog item is assigned. The agent builds the change in your repository, runs your checks and asks your team to review it. [Put agents to work](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=industry-software¬es=Discuss%20a%20software%20use%20case) Telecom Example deployment ### Keep telecom operations moving. Connect the investigation to the action. Give your teams agents that work across service records, business systems and software. - Investigate incidents and service exceptions - Prepare remediation for approval - Verify recovery and record the outcome A service incident opens. The agent gathers evidence, prepares an action for review, then checks recovery after the approved action. [Put agents to work](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=industry-telecom¬es=Discuss%20a%20telecom%20use%20case) Real estate Example deployment ### Put real estate operations on autopilot. Keep enquiries, documents and follow-ups moving through the systems your team already uses. - Handle enquiry intake - Coordinate viewing follow-ups - Collect documents and update your CRM A new enquiry comes in. The agent collects the relevant details, prepares the next step, and keeps your team’s CRM current. [Put agents to work](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=industry-real-estate¬es=Discuss%20a%20real%20estate%20use%20case) Also on autopilot, on the same foundation - Invoice matching - Daily policy checks - Support ticket triage - Ad campaigns - Product research - Meeting follow-ups Another job already in customer use: B2B insurance agents check policy changes daily and upload new documents to the customer’s system. ## The next agent starts ahead. Your agents share company knowledge, reusable skills, connected tools and operating rules. Each new use case builds on the same foundation. Source: https://echelar.ai/docs/ This guide explains what Echelar does, what your team provides, and how we agree the first implementation. ## Choose your first job A good first job happens repeatedly or has a clear software requirement. Its inputs are accessible, someone owns the process, and the result can be checked. Examples include confirming orders, checking policy updates or preparing a reviewed software change. ## Agree the operating plan We define the goal, required tools and knowledge, permitted actions, approvals, limits, result and escalation path. We agree baseline measures before judging the implementation. Your team reviews and enables the work. ## Connect the systems in scope Native [Slack](https://echelar.ai/integrations/slack/), [GitHub](https://echelar.ai/integrations/github/) and [Linear](https://echelar.ai/integrations/linear/) integrations have dedicated setup paths. Catalogue apps, Microsoft Teams, Jira and ERP connections are configured for the agreed actions. Connecting an app does not imply every action is supported. [Read the integration guide](https://echelar.ai/integrations/). ## Test, operate and review We test the agents against the requirements, operate the enabled job, and review completed work and exceptions. Software returns with checks and review evidence; operational work returns with sources, action records and outcome checks appropriate to the job. ## What does Echelar actually do? Your team reviews and approves the release. The code stays in your repository. For operations, agents investigate cases, use connected tools and carry out enabled recurring jobs. They return the result, the supporting evidence and any exceptions that need a person. Work can begin with a request, an event or a schedule. Customer applications include software delivery in telecom, product research and order confirmation in ecommerce, and daily policy checks and document uploads in B2B insurance. More shipped. Same team. Higher bar. Source: https://echelar.ai/for/engineering-leaders/ Echelar's AI agents take requests from anyone in the company to a reviewed, tested pull request on your architecture. Ship more of the roadmap without adding headcount, while your engineers spend their time on decisions instead of re-reading AI drafts. [Try it on one real change](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=engineering-hero) A 45-minute live call. We connect one repository, and you can remove access after. ## More code, faster. Same delivery speed. Copilots made implementation fast. Review, testing and incidents still run on the same senior engineers, so more AI code means a longer queue in front of them. ## What changes for your team. Echelar is a governed team of agents, not one more assistant beside the work. - **Pull requests arrive reviewed, fixed and checked.** — A separate PR Reviewer reads each change against your architecture and docs. A blocking finding goes to a separate fix Session, on demand or through the echelar label, and checks are recorded on the exact head commit. - **Anyone can start the work.** — Product, ops and support ask in Slack, Linear or Echelar. Your engineers review and merge, so the bar stays theirs. - **Recurring work becomes an Automation.** — Pull request review and alert investigation start on their own trigger, and documentation is re-checked on every change. Each Automation is versioned, audited and enabled by a person. - **Context compounds instead of walking out the door.** — Memory carries its source and confidence and is demoted when the code changes. A correction your team repeats becomes a proposed Skill, disabled until someone enables it. Agents propose, build and review. Only people merge, deploy and enable. ## Measure accepted work, effort and cost. Agree what a useful result looks like before implementation. Evaluate the accepted change, the effort left with your team and the cost to deliver it. - **What Echelar shipped and spent.** — Agree request-to-accepted-change time, review effort, rework and execution cost against your baseline. - **The cost of accepted work.** — Assess completed work alongside model and execution costs, review time and exceptions. Compare like-for-like jobs before expanding the scope. [How we measure results](https://echelar.ai/outcomes/) ## How teams start. One repository and one painful job, then wider as the evidence builds up. 1. **Connect one repository** — Install the GitHub App on the repository that hurts most. Before turning the PR Reviewer on, you can rehearse it privately on pull requests your team already merged. 2. **Pick one painful job** — Pull request review, incident investigation, documentation, or a backlog that never moves. Echelar takes it from the next request. 3. **Add Automations as trust builds** — When a job works, Echelar drafts the Automation that repeats it. It stays disabled until a person enables it. Start with one job: [AI code review](https://echelar.ai/use-cases/code-review/) [Incident investigation](https://echelar.ai/use-cases/incident-response/) [Documentation drift](https://echelar.ai/use-cases/documentation/) [Linear issues to pull requests](https://echelar.ai/use-cases/linear/) [Scheduled Automations](https://echelar.ai/use-cases/scheduled-automations/) - An isolated sandbox per Session - Your own model keys, encrypted - A model budget per Session - Owner, admin and member roles - Versioned Automations a person enables - An audit record for every Automation fire [Read the security overview](https://echelar.ai/security/) ## Questions engineering leaders ask first. ### How is this different from Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot? Those tools make each engineer faster at writing code. Echelar takes the path around the code for the whole team: requests from anyone, planning on your architecture, review, fixes, checks and a record of what it cost. Keep the tools your engineers like. ### Where does our code run? On Echelar's control plane, in an isolated sandbox per Session, scoped to your organization. It does not run inside your infrastructure. The security overview has the details. ### Can we try the reviewer before it comments on live pull requests? Yes. Rehearsal runs the PR Reviewer on pull requests your team already merged and keeps those reviews private. It is optional, and the decision to enable is recorded. ### What can agents change? Agents read, plan and build in a sandbox. Code changes go only to the branch of the pull request a Session is working on. ### What does it cost? You bring your own model keys and pay providers directly. Echelar is in early release, and early teams agree pricing with the founder. ## Bring the repository you'd never trust to a demo. Not the toy repo. The one held together by tribal knowledge. We'll point Echelar at it live. You'll see what it reads, what it builds, what it catches, and where it stops for your call. [Try it on one real change](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=engineering-close) A 45-minute live call. Make your vibe-coded app production-ready. Source: https://echelar.ai/for/founders/ Your Lovable, Replit, Bolt or v0 app has real users now. Fixes start breaking other things, the code is hard to hand to a developer, and you're not sure what's safe to change. Keep the speed and keep asking in plain language. Echelar's AI agents work in your own GitHub repository, and every change is planned, built, reviewed and tested before you merge it. [Try it on your app](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=founders-hero) 45 minutes, live, on one real change. We connect one repository, and you can remove access after. ## The prototype worked. Now it needs to stay working. App builders are great at the first version. Once customers depend on the app, every change needs the things a real engineering team does. | Topic | With an app builder | With Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | Each change | Changes go straight into the app. | Each change is planned against how your app is built and arrives as a pull request you approve. | | Testing | You click around to see whether anything broke. | Your tests run on every change. Where there are none, the PR Reviewer says so. | | Review | Nobody reviews the code. | A separate PR Reviewer checks every change against your app's rules and sends back what falls short. | | What the AI knows | Context lives in your prompts. | Architecture, decisions and conventions are kept with their sources, and marked stale when the code changes. | | Cost | You buy credits. | You bring your own model keys, pay providers directly, and every Session has a budget. | Coming from a specific tool? [Lovable alternative](https://echelar.ai/compare/lovable/) [Replit alternative](https://echelar.ai/compare/replit/) [Bolt alternative](https://echelar.ai/compare/bolt/) [v0 alternative](https://echelar.ai/compare/v0/) Rather have experts do it for you? [Lovable and Replit experts](https://echelar.ai/lovable-replit-experts/) ## Before real users rely on it. Three checks we'd run first on any app built with an AI app builder, whether or not you use Echelar. - **Lock down who can read your data** — Turn on row-level security for every table that holds user data, then test as a logged-out visitor and as a second user: neither should see anyone else's records. Your app builder's own security scan is a good start, not the finish line. - **Keep secrets out of the browser** — Keys for payments, email or AI providers belong in server-side functions, never in code that ships to the browser. Rotate any key that was ever committed. - **Test the paths that make money** — Automated tests for sign-up, login, checkout and the one action customers pay for, run on every change. That's where a fix in one place most often breaks another. ## How you start. One repository, three steps. No rewrite and no migration project: Echelar starts from the code you have. 1. **Put the code on GitHub** — Most app builders can push your code to a GitHub repository. Then install the Echelar GitHub App on that one repository. 2. **Echelar learns your app** — It maps the architecture, conventions and docs, and shows you what it knows and what it doesn't yet. 3. **Ask for the next change** — In plain language, in Echelar, Slack or Linear. You get a pull request that was planned, tested and reviewed, with a summary of what changed and what was checked. ## Built right, every change. Without slowing you down. Right means right for your app: its structure, its rules and its tests. Echelar applies them to every change and keeps the evidence. - **Built on how your app already works.** — Every Session starts from your app's structure and rules, and keeps each change focused on what you asked for. - **Reviewed before you read it.** — The PR Reviewer reads each change against your rules and blocks what would break them. The fix comes back for another review. - **You make the call.** — Agents propose, build and review. Only people merge, deploy and enable. You read the summary, check the result, and merge when you're ready. ## Questions founders ask first. ### Is Lovable production ready? It can be, for many apps. A Lovable app is standard code you can keep in GitHub, so whether it's ready depends on checks like the three above, and on reviewing every change, more than on the tool. ### Do I need to be a developer? No. You ask in plain language and approve pull requests. Each one comes with a summary of what changed and what was checked. Someone has to decide what to merge, and that person can be you. ### Do I have to leave Lovable or Replit right away? No. Connect the repository and start with one change. Echelar doesn't host or deploy your app, so where it runs today doesn't change. ### Will Echelar rewrite my app? No. It works on the code you have and keeps each change focused. A larger restructuring is something you ask for, and it still arrives as a pull request you review. ### What does it cost? You bring your own model keys and pay model providers directly. Echelar is in early release, and early teams agree its pricing with the founder. ### Is my code safe? Each Session runs in an isolated sandbox scoped to your organization, torn down when the Session ends. Your model keys are stored encrypted. ## Bring the app you're afraid to touch. The vibe-coded app with real users and no tests. We'll point Echelar at it live, and you'll see what it learns, what it builds, what it catches, and where it waits for you. [Try it on your app](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=founders-close) 45 minutes, live, on one real change. Echelar's experts and agents secure it, fix it and keep building it, in your own GitHub repository. Apps built with AI app builders tend to break in the same places once real customers arrive. These are the first things we check. - **Data other users can see** — Tables without row-level security, so one signed-in user can read another's records. - **Payments that can be faked or doubled** — Webhooks that don't check their signature, and checkouts that charge twice or not at all. - **Secrets in the browser** — Keys for payments, email or AI providers shipped in the frontend, where anyone can copy them. - **Sign-in that fails for some users** — Broken password resets, sessions that drop, and sign-up flows that skip their checks. - **Fixes that break something else** — No tests on the paths that make you money, so every change is a gamble. - **Pages that slow down with real users** — Queries and pages that were fine with ten users and crawl with a thousand. ## From first review to fixed. No rewrite and no migration. We start from the app you have and fix what's riskiest first. 1. **Share the repository** — Connect the GitHub repository your app builder syncs to. That's all we need to start, and we can help you connect it. 2. **We review the whole app** — Our experts and Echelar Agents read it end to end and send you what we found, ranked by risk, with a plan and a quote. 3. **We fix what matters most** — Security and payments first. Each fix arrives as a pull request with tests, reviewed before you see it. 4. **We keep building with you** — Then the next features, on an app that no longer breaks every time it changes. ## Keep building in Lovable if you like. Echelar works on your GitHub repository, so your app builder keeps working the way it does today. - **Lovable** — Lovable syncs your project with GitHub both ways, so the changes you merge show up in Lovable. If you protect your main branch, Lovable pushes its edits to a lovable-sync branch for review. - **Replit** — Push from Replit's Git pane, and pull merged changes back the same way. Replit's own deployments keep working. - **Bolt and v0** — Both can put your code on GitHub. From there, every change works the same way. Rather run Echelar yourself? [Make your vibe-coded app production-ready](https://echelar.ai/for/founders/) ## Questions about fixing your app. ### Do you only work on Lovable and Replit apps? No. We work on apps built with Lovable, Replit, Bolt and v0, and on code written by hand, as long as it can live in a GitHub repository. ### Do I have to stop using Lovable or Replit? No. Your app builder keeps working with the same GitHub repository. It's simplest to make each change in one place at a time. ### What do you look at first? Who can read and change your data, payments, sign-in and secrets, then the paths that make you money. You get the findings ranked by risk before any work starts. ### Will you rewrite my app? No. We work on the code you have and keep each change focused. If part of the app needs restructuring, we explain why and quote it first. ### Who owns the code? You do. Every change lands in your own GitHub repository. ### Do I need a developer on my side? No. Each fix arrives as a pull request with a summary of what changed and what was checked, and you decide what to merge. ### How much does it cost? It's priced on outcomes and usage, not hours, and highly competitive with any traditional dev shop. We send a quote after the first review. ## Send us the app that keeps breaking. You get senior judgment on what to build and how, and a team of agents that builds it. You skip the hourly bench, the handover and the black box. | Topic | A traditional dev shop | Echelar Agents | | --- | --- | --- | | Who does the work | A team of developers, billed by the hour or the sprint. | Echelar Agents, led by experts from top startups and tech companies. | | What gets built | The scope in the contract. | What your business needs at its stage, adjusted as it grows. | | How you see progress | Status calls and weekly reports. | Every change as a pull request you can open, with what it cost. | | Quality | Depends on who is staffed on your project. | Every change is reviewed against your rules and tested before you approve it. | | Who owns the code | It can sit with the agency until the handover. | You do, in your own GitHub repository, from the first change. | | When the project ends | The team rolls off and the knowledge goes with it. | Keep going with our experts, carry on with your own team, or run Echelar yourself. Nothing in the code depends on Echelar. | | Pricing | Hourly or per sprint. | Priced on outcomes and usage, not hours, and highly competitive with any traditional dev shop. | ## How it works. People make the calls: our experts on what to build and how, you on what ships. Echelar Agents do the building. 1. **We study where you are** — Your stage, your users, the code or the idea you have, and what the business needs next. 2. **We design the architecture** — Our experts define the architecture your stage needs and how it should grow, then quote the work on outcomes and usage. 3. **Echelar Agents build it** — The agents plan, build and test each change, and Echelar's PR Reviewer checks every pull request against your rules. You approve what ships. 4. **The plan grows with you** — As the business changes, our experts adapt the roadmap and the architecture, so what you build keeps fitting where you are. ## What you get. Senior judgment, a team of agents, and the same software teams run themselves, operated for you by the people who build it. - **Experts from top companies** — Our experts come from top startups and the world's leading tech companies, and they bring that judgment to your architecture and roadmap. - **Built for your stage** — A first product, a growing platform or a system at scale: the architecture fits where your business is, not a template. - **Highly competitive pricing** — Priced on outcomes and usage, not hours on a timesheet, and highly competitive with any traditional dev shop. - **A roadmap you can watch** — See what is planned, building, in review and waiting for you, every day. - **Code you own** — Everything lands in your GitHub repository with the architecture and decisions written down, and nothing in it depends on Echelar. - **A receipt for every change** — Each pull request shows what it cost in AI spend, so you know what the roadmap is buying. ## Questions about working with Echelar. ### What is an AI software development agency? A team that builds your software with AI agents instead of a bench of developers. At Echelar, experts from top startups and tech companies design what to build and how, Echelar Agents build each change, and you approve what ships. We call it the dev shop of agents. ### Who are the experts? Echelar's own team, with backgrounds at top startups and the world's leading tech companies. They study your needs, define your architecture and plan the roadmap with you. Echelar's PR Reviewer reviews every change, and you approve what ships. ### Do we need our own developers? No. Our experts handle the engineering decisions with you. If you have developers, they can review the pull requests too. ### Can you work on an app we already have? Yes, including apps built with Lovable, Replit, Bolt or v0, as long as the code can live in GitHub. We can also start a new product from scratch. ### What if our needs change? They will. Our experts adapt the roadmap and the architecture as your business evolves, and every change still arrives as a pull request you approve. ### Who owns the code? You do. Everything lands in your own GitHub repository from the first change. ### Can we continue without you later? Yes, at any time. Echelar adds no dependencies to your code: it's standard code in your own GitHub repository, and nothing in your app relies on Echelar. Your own developers or another team can carry on, or you can run Echelar yourself. ### How much does it cost? It is priced on outcomes and usage, not hours, and highly competitive with any traditional dev shop. Every business is at a different stage, so we send a quote after a first call. ## Tell us what you need built. Share where your business is today and where it's going. Echelar isn't an app builder with a preview and hosting. It is a team of AI agents that plans, builds, tests and reviews changes on your GitHub repository, so it fits when a Lovable app needs to keep working as it grows. ### Can I keep using Lovable with Echelar? Yes. Lovable keeps your project in sync with one branch on GitHub, so when you merge an Echelar pull request into that branch, the change shows up in Lovable too. If both sides change the same code at once, Lovable keeps its version on a separate branch, so it's simplest to make each change in one place. ### What if I protect my main branch? Lovable can't push to a protected branch, so it pushes its edits to a branch called lovable-sync, and you merge that branch through your normal review. With protection on, every change to main goes through a pull request. ### Does Echelar host my app? No. Echelar works on the code in your repository. Where the app runs, and when it's published, stays your choice. ### Do I need to be a developer? No. You ask in plain language and approve pull requests. Each one comes with a summary of what changed and what was checked. Someone has to decide what to merge, and that person can be you. ### What does it cost? Secure, built right, and yours from day one. Source: https://echelar.ai/compare/replit/ Replit gets an app running fast. Once customers pay for it, it has to stop breaking and stay secure. Echelar's AI agents plan, build, review and test every change in your own GitHub repository, with experts to plan the architecture if you want them. Nothing ships until you approve it. [Try it on your app](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=compare-replit-hero) 45 minutes, live, on one real change. We connect one repository, and you can remove access after. ## No more fixes that break something else. Experienced Replit users ask the Agent for a plan first, keep a changelog and revert early. Echelar works that way by default, on every change. - **Planned before it's built** — Every request is planned against how your app already works before any code is written, so a new feature is built around what's there. - **Done means the checks passed** — A change is finished when your checks pass at its exact commit, not when an agent says it's fixed. Where tests are missing, the reviewer says so. - **One change, one pull request** — Each request arrives as a single pull request you can read, test and undo on its own. - **A second reader on every change** — A separate reviewer reads each change against your app's rules before you do, and sends back what falls short. - **Your app's rules, every time** — Echelar keeps your architecture, decisions and conventions with their sources, and marks them stale when the code changes, so every change starts from the same rules. - **A history you can read** — Every change records who asked, the plan, the files, the checks and what it cost. The changelog careful Replit users keep by hand is built in. ## Security that doesn't depend on the agent behaving. Replit can scan your app for vulnerabilities before you publish, and that's worth keeping. Echelar adds what a scanner can't: limits on what agents can touch, your own rules checked on every change, and a person approving what ships. - **Agents never touch your live app** — They work in an isolated workspace that's deleted when the task ends. Nothing reaches production until a person merges and deploys it. - **The narrowest access we can give** — An agent can write to one repository and one pull request's branch, for an hour at most. The reviewer can only read. - **Your security rules on every change** — Write a rule once, like “every route checks that the signed-in user owns the record”, and the reviewer blocks any change that breaks it. - **People hold the keys** — Agents propose, build and review. Only people merge, deploy and enable. - **Your keys, encrypted** — Your AI model keys are stored encrypted for your organization, and you pay the providers directly. - **Everything on record** — Each task's activity, tool use and changed files stay inspectable, so a security question gets an answer with evidence. ## Own everything from day one. Nothing to move later. The longer an app lives on Replit's own services, the more there is to move if you ever leave. Echelar doesn't host anything, so there's nothing to move away from. | What you own | Moving off Replit later | Built with Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | Sign-in | With Replit Auth, customers sign in with Replit accounts, so leaving means moving them to a new sign-in provider. | The sign-in provider you choose, set up in your own code. | | Database | Your data is exported from Replit and imported somewhere new. | Your database, on an account you own. | | Uploaded files | Files in Replit's storage are copied out. | Your storage, on an account you own. | | Hosting and domains | Deployments and domains are set up again on the new host. | Wherever you choose, including Replit. | | Code | Already yours once you push it to GitHub from the Git pane. | In your GitHub repository from the first change. | Already using Replit Auth or Replit's database? Echelar works with them as they are, and if you decide to move, our experts plan it and quote it first. ## Experts who plan for where your business is going. Echelar's experts come from top startups and tech companies. They plan what to build and how with you, and Echelar Agents build it. - **They start from your business** — Your stage, your customers and what's planned next come before any architecture choice. - **They design for the next stage** — An architecture that fits where the business is today and can grow with it, adjusted as your plans change. - **Priced on outcomes and usage** — Not hours on a timesheet, and highly competitive with any traditional dev shop. Rather have experts run it for you? Anyone on the team can ask. | | How a change lands | The Agent edits your workspace, and you push to GitHub from the Git pane. | As a pull request on your GitHub repository, planned against how the app works. | | How it's checked | The Agent tests its own work in a browser, and Replit can scan for vulnerabilities before you publish. | Your tests run on every pull request, and a separate, read-only reviewer checks it against your rules. | | Who decides what ships | You publish from the workspace the Agent works in. | You do, by merging the pull request. | | Hosting | Built-in deployments. | Not included. It's simplest to make each change in one place at a time. ### Doesn't Replit already scan for security issues? It can, before you publish, and that's worth keeping. Echelar covers a different layer: what agents are allowed to touch, your own rules checked on every change by a separate reviewer, and a person approving what ships. ### What happens to my Replit Auth users and database? Nothing, unless you decide to move them. Echelar works on the code as it is. If you want sign-in or data off Replit, our experts plan the move and quote it first. ### Does Echelar host my app? No. Where the app runs stays your choice, including Replit's own deployments. ### What does it cost? You bring your own model keys and pay providers directly, with a budget on every task. Echelar is in early release, and early teams agree its pricing with the founder. Work by our experts is priced on outcomes and usage. ### Do I need to be a developer? No. You ask in plain language and approve pull requests, each with a summary of what changed and what was checked. ## Bring the Replit app you're afraid to change. We'll connect its repository live and take one real change from ask to approval, so you see what Echelar reads, what it builds, what it catches, and where it waits for you. Source: https://echelar.ai/compare/v0/ v0 is a fast way to design and generate a web app from a prompt. Once customers depend on it, every change needs planning, tests and review. Echelar's AI agents do that on your own GitHub repository, and you approve every pull request. [Try it on your app](https://cal.com/mohamed-ettaibi-gsixm8/intro?utm_source=echelar.ai&utm_medium=site&utm_content=compare-v0-hero) 45 minutes, live, on one real change. We connect one repository, and you can remove access after. ## v0 and Echelar, side by side. v0 gets you to a first version fast. Echelar is built for the versions after it, when customers depend on the app. | Topic | v0 | Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | Best for | Designing and generating a web app from a prompt. | Keeping an app with real users working as it grows. | | How you ask | Chat in v0. | Ask in Echelar, Slack or Linear, in plain language. | | How a change lands | v0 updates the project from the chat and can connect it to a GitHub repository. | A pull request on your GitHub repository, planned against how your app is built. | | How it is checked | In the v0 preview, as you build. | Your tests run, and a separate PR Reviewer checks the change against your rules. Where tests are missing, it says so. | | Hosting | Deploys to Vercel. | Not included. Echelar works on the code; where it runs stays your choice. | | Pricing | Plans with monthly credits. | Your own model keys, paid to the provider directly. Early teams agree pricing with the founder. | ### Stay on v0 if - You're still designing the product and want to see each screen right away. - Nobody depends on the app yet. - One-click deploys from the same tool matter more to you than review. ### Bring in Echelar when - Customers depend on the app and fixes start breaking other things. - You want every change tested and reviewed before it ships. - You want a codebase a developer can pick up, on your own GitHub. Rather have experts fix and finish it for you? [Get experts to finish your v0 app](https://echelar.ai/lovable-replit-experts/) ## Make your v0 app production-ready. One repository, three steps. No rewrite and no migration project: Echelar starts from the code you have. 1. **Put the v0 code on GitHub** — Connect your v0 project to a GitHub repository, or push the code there yourself. Then install the Echelar GitHub App on it. ## Questions about v0 and Echelar. ### Is Echelar a v0 alternative? For apps with real users, yes. Echelar isn't a prompt-to-app generator with hosting. It is a team of AI agents that plans, builds, tests and reviews changes on your GitHub repository, so it fits when a v0 app needs to keep working as it grows. ### Can I keep using v0 with Echelar? Yes. Echelar works on the GitHub repository, and its changes arrive as pull requests you merge. How v0 picks up changes from GitHub depends on how you connected it, so it's simplest to make each change in one place at a time. ### Does Echelar host my app? No. Echelar works on the code in your repository. Where the app runs stays your choice, including Vercel. ### Do I need to be a developer? No. You ask in plain language and approve pull requests. Each one comes with a summary of what changed and what was checked. Someone has to decide what to merge, and that person can be you. ### What does it cost? You bring your own model keys and pay model providers directly. Echelar is in early release, and early teams agree its pricing with the founder. ## Bring the v0 app you're afraid to touch. Watch the demonstration 45 minutes with the founder. One repository is all it needs. ## Why pull request review is the bottleneck ### Diffs arrive faster than anyone can read them AI writes more code. The review queue is where it waits. ### Review quality depends on who is free The conventions live in review comments nobody can search. ### The last AI reviewer got switched off It commented on everything and knew nothing about this codebase. ## How the PR Reviewer reads a pull request Grounded before it is enabled It reads the repository and its documentation at the exact commit. If you choose, it rehearses on pull requests you already merged, and you read those private rehearsal reviews before you turn it on. Findings by severity, after CI Critical, warning, suggestion, nitpick — posted as one GitHub review once the pipeline has spoken. Read-only on code The Reviewer's token cannot push a commit or touch a branch. When it requests changes, a person starts a separate fix Session — from the Reviews page, or automatically by adding the echelar label to the pull request. That Session pushes a commit with its own short-lived token, and review starts again. Every finding cites its source Each finding names the file and the documented convention it rests on, so agreeing or dismissing takes a glance, not an argument. ## Pull request review, before and after Echelar | Topic | Without Echelar | With Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | Where review time goes | Senior people re-check what a machine could check. | People read the findings that need judgment. | | Who catches convention drift | Whoever remembers the rule that day. | The Reviewer, grounded in the repository's documented conventions, every time. | | Fix cycles | Check out the branch, fix, push, wait. | Add the echelar label; the fix returns as a new commit for review. | Same job, on your repository. Only critical and warning findings request changes; suggestions and nitpicks are comments. Because it waits for CI, it never repeats what the linter or the tests already said. ### How is this different from CodeRabbit or Copilot review? It is grounded in your repository's own documentation at the commit under review rather than a rulebook of its own, it can rehearse on merged pull requests before you enable it, and it posts one review after CI has passed. ### What does it know about our conventions? Whatever your repository documents — architecture notes, ADRs, contributing guides — evaluated at the commit under review. Conventions nobody wrote down it cannot know, and it says so rather than inventing policy. ### What can the App do in our repository? Read code and post reviews. The Reviewer's own token cannot push. A write-capable token exists only for a fix Session a person started, scoped to one repository and bound to one pull request's branch. Nothing merges. ### Does it replace our reviewers? It reads first, so they judge instead of proofread. Approval stays where it is. ### What does it cost? Echelar is launching now. Early teams work directly with the founder and agree pricing together. ## Bring the real one. Pick a pull request you already merged. We point the PR Reviewer at it on your repository, and you compare its findings with the review it actually got. Watch the demonstration 45 minutes with the founder. One repository is all it needs. ## Why documentation drifts ### Onboarding docs describe last year's architecture New people learn the wrong system first. ### Nobody trusts the wiki, so nobody reads it The truth lives in two heads and one Slack thread. ### Docs drift the day they are written No commit ever fails because the docs went stale. ## How Echelar checks documentation against the code The agents read the same docs Documentation that passed is what the Reviewer and every Session read first. Claims that fell out of date are marked stale and set aside — which is why drift is worth catching. Evaluated at the exact commit Each documented claim is checked against the repository as it is at that commit, not as it used to be — review policy, conventions, architecture boundaries, validation. Proposals, not edits When docs drift, Echelar proposes a documentation-only pull request. A person approves it like any other change. Grounded means the merged code passed The repository shows as grounded only after the new default-branch head passes evaluation. Opening a pull request earns nothing on its own. ## Documentation upkeep, before and after Echelar | Topic | Without Echelar | With Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | How drift is found | Someone notices, eventually. Each criterion — review policy, conventions, architecture boundaries, validation, vocabulary — marked pass, fail, or unknown at the current commit, with the evidence for each, plus a proposed documentation-only pull request for what failed. ### Which files count as documentation? The sources your repository declares — typically README, ARCHITECTURE, CONTRIBUTING, ADRs, a docs folder — mapped to criteria in a small manifest. Unmapped criteria show as unknown, never as passed. ### Our docs live in Notion or Confluence. Does this apply? Start with the in-repository documentation the agents actually read. External wikis are outside the evaluation today. ### What if the code changes an hour later? The new head is evaluated again. Grounded is never carried forward. ### What does it cost? Echelar is launching now. Early teams work directly with the founder and agree pricing together. ## Bring the real one. Nobody is around to say why. ### The one person who knows that subsystem is asleep Every incident becomes a search for the same two people. ### The postmortem lists last quarter's cause The fix was known. It never became a rule. ## How Echelar investigates an incident from Slack Recommendation first The investigation is read-only: the alert itself, the repository at its exact revision, recent commits, and what it can reproduce in its own sandbox. It posts its diagnosis and a proposed patch. The evidence is in the thread Every tool call — code search, git history, a test in the sandbox — appears as it happens. On-call reads what Echelar read, in the channel where the alert landed. After the go-ahead, a pull request The patch and its regression test land on a branch as a pull request. Your CI judges it; your team merges it. The cause becomes a rule When your team corrects the same thing twice, Echelar drafts the rule as a versioned Skill, evidence cited, for a person to enable. Next quarter's postmortem does not list this cause. ## Incident response, before and after Echelar | Topic | Without Echelar | With Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | Who gets paged | Whoever is on call, then whoever actually knows the code. | On-call reads the cause and a recommendation before waking anyone else. | | Reconstructing context | Tabs across the alert, the dashboards, GitHub, and the deploy log. | One investigation, grounded in the exact repository revision, posted where the alert landed. | | How the fix reaches review | Someone patches it at 2am and hopes review catches the rest. | A scoped pull request with the regression test, waiting for review. | Same job, on your repository. Any tool that posts to Slack. The trigger is a message in an enrolled channel, whatever posts it. Echelar reads the alert text and investigates from the repository, its history, and its own sandbox; it does not pull logs or traces from your observability tools. ### What can the investigation touch? It reads the alert, the repository at its exact revision, and recent commits, and it can run the code in an isolated sandbox. It cannot change production or your default branch. A fix arrives as a pull request on a branch. ### What if the diagnosis is wrong? Then nothing has happened yet. Reply in the thread with what you know and it keeps going, or stops. Every step is visible, so you can see exactly where it went sideways. ### How long does setup take? Install the GitHub App, enroll a Slack channel, point your alert source at it. The first real alert is the test. ### What does it cost? Echelar is launching now. Early teams work directly with the founder and agree pricing together. ## Bring the real one. One repository is all it needs. ## Why the backlog outgrows the sprint ### Small fixes wait behind big work The two-hour change is six months old because it never wins planning. ### Quick wins are never quick Whoever picks one up pays the context switch. ### The ask gets rewritten three times In a ticket, in a thread, in standup — before anyone opens the code. ## How Echelar works a Linear issue Sent to the right repository Your Linear team, project, and labels tell Echelar which repository the work belongs in. When that is unclear, it asks a person instead of guessing. Visible while it works The Session shows its tool calls, changed files, and checks. Anyone following the issue can watch. The pull request attaches to the issue The result comes back where the work started, carrying the requester's name. Your board moves only if you say so By default Echelar leaves issue states alone: progress streams as Agent Session activity on the issue, and the pull request attaches when the work is done. If you want the board to move, you author that as an Automation and a person enables it. ## Linear tickets, before and after Echelar | Topic | Without Echelar | With Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | The ticket nobody starts | Sits in the backlog for another quarter. | Assigned to Echelar; a pull request comes back for review. | | Where progress is visible | Ask in standup. | In the Session, and on the issue. | | Who merges | Whoever finally picked it up. | Your team, from a pull request with the evidence attached. | Same job, on your repository. The Linear integration for your workspace, the GitHub App on the repositories, and a mapping from teams, projects, or labels to repositories. ### What kinds of issues work? Scoped changes with a clear outcome: a bug with reproduction steps, a small feature with acceptance criteria. Ambiguous issues get a question back, not a guess. ### How do we stop it if it heads the wrong way? The Session is live; you see each step and can reply on the issue. Code stays in the sandbox until it returns as a pull request. ### Do I need to be an engineer to assign a ticket? No. Anyone in the workspace can assign an issue. ### What does it cost? Echelar is launching now. Early teams work directly with the founder and agree pricing together. ## Bring a real ticket. Pick a small, scoped issue that has been sitting for months. We assign it to Echelar live, and you watch every step until the pull request attaches for your team to review. Watch the demonstration 45 minutes with the founder. One repository is all it needs. ## The maintenance nobody owns ### Dependencies rot until the quarterly scramble Not because the fix is hard. Because nobody owns Monday. ### The cron job outlived its owner It stopped quietly the week they left. Nothing was watching for it to. ### Automating is its own project Writing the glue takes longer than doing the chore. ## How a scheduled Automation works A definition, not a script The Automation is a versioned definition your team can read, diff, and roll back. No glue code to own. Validated before it is live Every draft is checked against the repository's capabilities and approval rules. Before you enable it, we can dry-run it with you against a real recorded event and show exactly why it would or would not fire. Disabled until a person enables it Every draft lands off. Enabling is a human action, recorded with the person's name. Code changes come back as pull requests When the job changes code, the result is a focused pull request on the repository it belongs to. Nothing merges. ## Repository maintenance, before and after Echelar | Topic | Without Echelar | With Echelar | | --- | --- | --- | | Dependency updates | A quarterly scramble. | A focused pull request every Monday, waiting for review. | | Versus Dependabot or Renovate | Dependency updates only. | Any recurring job you can describe, with your repository's conventions loaded and a person's enablement on record. | | When it fails silently | Nobody notices until something breaks. | Every fire leaves an audit record with a match trace and the prompt it sent. | | Changing the schedule | Find the cron, find the owner, redeploy. | A new version, kept alongside the old ones for rollback. | Same job, on your repository. Those update versions. An Automation covers any recurring job you can describe — a dependency sweep, a flaky-spec repair, a docs re-sync — with your repository's conventions loaded, validated before it is live, and a person's enablement on record. ### It fires at 08:00 with nobody watching. What can it touch? A branch in an isolated sandbox, and the pull request it opens from it. Scope is the repositories you set; nothing else. ### How many pull requests will this create? At most one focused pull request per fire, and only when the job changes code, scoped by the schedule and repositories you set. ### Can one Automation cover several repositories? Yes. Scope can span repositories; each result still arrives as a pull request on its own repository. ### What does it cost? Echelar is launching now. Early teams work directly with the founder and agree pricing together. ## Bring the real one. Bring the Monday dependency sweep or the nightly docs re-sync nobody owns. Each finding cites the file and the documented convention it rests on. Fix on your signal When the Reviewer requests changes, a person can start a separate fix Session — from the Reviews page, or automatically by adding the echelar label to the pull request. It pushes a commit to the branch and review starts again. Certify checks at the commit A status confirms that required checks passed at that exact commit — evidence, not a promise about the code. ## What it cannot do Limits are part of the integration, not a setting. The security page covers where code runs and who can enable what. - Push to a branch from the Reviewer — its token is read-only on code. - Merge a pull request; there is no merge capability. - Act on repositories where the App is not installed. The Session is visible in the Echelar app and its result returns to the thread. Investigate an alert Any message in an enrolled channel can trigger an Automation you authored — including the alerts your monitoring tool already posts there. Echelar reads the alert, investigates the repository read-only, and posts its diagnosis and a proposed patch; code changes wait for a person's go-ahead. Keep identity attached Requests and approvals carry the Slack user's mapped identity, so a pull request shows who asked. ## What it cannot do Limits are part of the integration, not a setting. The security page covers where code runs and who can enable what. - Read channels you have not enrolled. - Change code before a person confirms in the thread. - Merge or deploy — those actions belong to your team. Your deployment follows that operating plan. ## Deploy around your business. Choose an implementation that fits your infrastructure, security requirements and operating model. - Managed — Echelar leads setup and ongoing operation. - Your cloud — An implementation scoped for your environment. - On-premise — A private deployment with agreed responsibilities. ### Autopilot, on your terms. [Deployment & security](https://echelar.ai/security/) - Scoped tools and access - Evidence with each result - Exceptions for human review - Reviewed improvements Private-cloud and on-premise deployments are implementation engagements. Components, data flows and acceptance criteria are agreed during scoping. ## Scope access to the job Connect only the tools, repositories, documents and records needed for the agreed work. Native integrations and catalogue tools have their own connection and permission paths. Customer access and records are scoped to the organization. ## Approve the operating rules Your team sets the job, allowed actions, limits and approval points before enabling recurring work. Agents may prepare new definitions and improvements as drafts. A person approves operating changes before activation. ## Review software before release Software changes return as pull requests with checks and review evidence. The PR Reviewer is read-only; a separate implementation session prepares code changes. Your team reviews and approves merges and production releases. ## Inspect the result Execution history, tool activity and the evidence appropriate to the job support review. Operational actions are checked against the agreed outcome. Failures, incomplete evidence and uncertain cases follow the defined escalation path. ## Agree data flows and responsibilities Managed execution uses Echelar’s control plane and isolated environments. For private-cloud or on-premise engagements, agree the components, model endpoints, external connections, retention, recovery and operating owners before implementation. A private deployment does not imply that every external service remains inside your infrastructure. ## Discuss assurance before connecting Echelar does not currently hold a SOC 2 certification. Get the daily work done. Source: https://echelar.ai/about/ Companies need better software and people to keep doing the work around it. Echelar brings agents to both. ## Why Echelar exists Building software is only part of running a business. Someone still follows up on an order, investigates an incident, checks a document and updates the record. The same people often coordinate both the software and the recurring work. Echelar builds and runs agents around those needs. We start with a defined job, connect the company’s tools and knowledge, test the agents, and operate the work within agreed rules. New use cases reuse the same foundation. ## Built around your business Our customer work spans telecom software delivery, ecommerce product research, advertising and order confirmation, and daily policy checks and document uploads in B2B insurance. Each implementation has its own scope, access, approval rules and success measures. Your team decides what agents may do. Proposed changes to agents and operating rules are reviewed before activation. [See how Echelar works](https://echelar.ai/product/). ## Who we are Echelar was founded by Mohamed Ettaibi. Analytics and the country lookup stay off until you accept. A first-party cookie holds a random browser identifier so we can recognise repeat visits; it does not tell us who you are. We do not attach names, email addresses, or person profiles to these events. We record page views, booking-button views and clicks, completed quote requests, content and FAQ interactions, demonstration controls, scroll milestones, and time a page stays visible. Events include their time, page, browser and device information, browser language, referring site, and campaign tags. Our server looks up approximate country from the connection IP using a local database and sends only the country result as event properties; we do not add the raw IP or precise location to analytics events. We also collect page-performance measurements and browser error diagnostics. URL queries and fragments are removed from captured URLs, and common personal fields are filtered. We do not record sessions, capture form input, or automatically collect every click. - **Bookings.** When you book a call, you do so on cal.com. The name, email address, and notes you enter there are processed by cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. We keep them to prepare for and follow up on that conversation. - **Email.** If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to answer and to keep the context of the relationship. - **Server logs.** Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for security and reliability. They are kept for a short period and are not combined with anything else. ## Cookies and local storage The essential `echelar_consent` cookie remembers your privacy choice for 180 days. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally under `echelar-theme`. Neither preference is sent to PostHog. If you accept analytics, PostHog also stores a first-party browser identifier in a cookie for up to 180 days from its latest update and uses session storage to distinguish browsing sessions and tabs. Your browser may remove these sooner. ## Your analytics choice Accepting and rejecting analytics are equally available, wherever you visit from. You can continue browsing and book a call with analytics off. Use **Privacy choices** in the footer to change your preference. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes the analytics identifier from this browser. It does not undo events already sent. Contact us below about data previously collected. ## Third parties We rely on three: PostHog for analytics, cal.com for bookings, and our hosting provider for serving the site. Our PostHog project is hosted in the United States. The consent banner is open-source software served by our own site; it does not send your choice to an external consent service. We do not sell visitor data. ## Your rights Under the GDPR and comparable laws you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email [mohamed@echelar.ai](mailto:mohamed@echelar.ai) and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. ## The product is different When a company uses Echelar, repository contents, Session activity, and configuration are processed on that company's behalf under a separate agreement. The [security page](https://echelar.ai/security/) explains where code runs and what agents can never do; the contract governs the rest. ## Changes On 12 September 2026 we introduced an opt-in analytics choice for all visitors and a browser identifier for consented repeat visits. Before this change, analytics used a daily cookieless identifier. If this page changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it.
