Start with one job worth handing over.

This guide explains what Echelar does, what your team provides, and how we agree the first implementation.

Choose your first job

A good first job happens repeatedly or has a clear software requirement. Its inputs are accessible, someone owns the process, and the result can be checked. Examples include confirming orders, checking policy updates or preparing a reviewed software change.

Agree the operating plan

We define the goal, required tools and knowledge, permitted actions, approvals, limits, result and escalation path. We agree baseline measures before judging the implementation. Your team reviews and enables the work.

Connect the systems in scope

Native Slack, GitHub and Linear integrations have dedicated setup paths. Catalogue apps, Microsoft Teams, Jira and ERP connections are configured for the agreed actions. Connecting an app does not imply every action is supported. Read the integration guide.

Test, operate and review

We test the agents against the requirements, operate the enabled job, and review completed work and exceptions. Software returns with checks and review evidence; operational work returns with sources, action records and outcome checks appropriate to the job.

What does Echelar actually do?

Echelar builds and runs AI agents for software delivery and recurring business operations. We scope the job with you, connect the tools and knowledge, test the agents, and operate the work within agreed permissions and approval rules.

What do we need to get started?

Bring one software need or recurring digital job, an owner who knows the process, and a result we can check. We agree the scope, required access, success measures and commercial terms before implementation.

Can Echelar work with our apps and ERP?

Echelar connects to a catalogue of 1,000+ apps and can integrate your ERP through available connectors or custom interfaces. The supported actions, access and setup for your systems are confirmed during scoping. Teams and Jira connections are configured for the agreed use case; native Slack, GitHub and Linear integrations have dedicated setup paths.

Can Echelar be deployed on our infrastructure?

Managed, private-cloud and on-premise implementations can be scoped around your infrastructure, security requirements and operating model. Private deployments are implementation engagements with agreed components, data flows, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

What stays under our team’s control?

Your team sets the scope, permissions, limits and approval rules. Agents carry out enabled work within those boundaries. Your team approves code releases and operating changes, and reviews exceptions with the supporting evidence.

How does Echelar improve over time?

Echelar uses outcomes and human feedback to propose improvements to agents, instructions and recurring jobs. Proposed changes are reviewed before activation. Improvement is measured on the work; it is not a guarantee that every change improves performance.

How is Echelar priced?

Implementation establishes the first scoped job, followed by ongoing usage fees. Scope, execution costs, support and limits are agreed for your engagement. Contact Echelar for a quote based on the work you want handled.
